Watermelon and Blackberry Popsicles with Cumin
Ingredients
- 2 cups seedless watermelon
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1.5 teaspoons roasted and freshly ground cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon rock salt
Preparation
Add watermelon, blackberries, maple syrup, and cumin powder to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp and seeds.
Add lemon juice and salt, then mix well. Adjust lemon or sweetener to taste if desired.
Fill popsicle molds with the mixture, freeze for one hour until partially frozen, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 5 to 6 hours until completely frozen.
