Cinnamon Peach Compote

Ingredients

  • 2-3 peaches
  • Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Water (optional)

Preparation

  1. Prepare 2-3 peaches and slice them into small pieces.

  2. In a small saucepan, add some maple syrup and one teaspoon of brown sugar plus cinnamon.

  3. Set the heat to medium temperature, add the peaches, and continue to stir. If needed, add one teaspoon of water too. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes before serving.
