Matcha Cookie Dough Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 4 sachets Pique Sun Goddess Matcha
  • Water, as needed

Preparation

  1. Add the almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, protein powder, flax seeds and matcha to a food processor and pulse until combined, adding 1 tablespoon of water at a time until a dough is formed.

  2. Ensure the dough is not too sticky or wet; if it is, add a bit more almond flour.

  3. Roll the dough into 16 balls.

  4. Refrigerate and enjoy.
