Matcha Cookie Dough Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 4 sachets Pique Sun Goddess Matcha
- Water, as needed
Preparation
Add the almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, protein powder, flax seeds and matcha to a food processor and pulse until combined, adding 1 tablespoon of water at a time until a dough is formed.
Ensure the dough is not too sticky or wet; if it is, add a bit more almond flour.
Roll the dough into 16 balls.
Refrigerate and enjoy.
