Apple, Cinnamon & Carrot Cake Proats
Ingredients
- 50g of @mornflake oats
- 250ml of water
- 20g of the carrot cake protein from @unrivalledagf
- chopped apple and some cinnamon
Preparation
We’re talking 50g of @mornflake oats microwaved with 250ml of water then I added in 20g of the carrot cake protein from @unrivalledagf (which is slowly becoming my favourite protein for oats! Carrot cake is life!!) then I just mixed in some chopped apple and some cinnamon
Threw it in a nice bowl, fired some of that butterscotch @skinnyfoodco zero kcals syrup on top and bashed an ice cream on top! You already know but this was absolute
