Apple, Cinnamon & Carrot Cake Proats

Ingredients

  • 50g of @mornflake oats
  • 250ml of water
  • 20g of the carrot cake protein from @unrivalledagf
  • chopped apple and some cinnamon

Preparation

  1. We’re talking 50g of @mornflake oats microwaved with 250ml of water then I added in 20g of the carrot cake protein from @unrivalledagf (which is slowly becoming my favourite protein for oats! Carrot cake is life!!) then I just mixed in some chopped apple and some cinnamon

  2. Threw it in a nice bowl, fired some of that butterscotch @skinnyfoodco zero kcals syrup on top and bashed an ice cream on top! You already know but this was absolute
