Apple & Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients

  • 60g of oats and 10g of chia seeds
  • 30g of @manilife_ peanut butter
  • cinnamon / honey apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon and some water

Preparation

  1. This was 60g of oats and 10g of chia seeds cooked in water in the old microwave. Topped it with 30g of @manilife_ peanut butter (best PB of all time ???) and some cinnamon / honey apples that I cooked down a bit (100g of apple, 5g of honey, 1 tsp cinnamon and some water to cook them down) ?? Get on this
