Apple Crumble Proats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup oatify @drinksomaco and 1/2 cup water with some cinnamon
  • coconut oil
  • sugar and cinnamon
  • peanut butter protein
  • @ohmega_nutbutters tahini

Preparation

  1. Simply cook 1/2 banana (this is a GAME CHANGER), 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup oatify @drinksomaco and 1/2 cup water with some cinnamon

  2. While this is cooking to your desired consistency, lightly cook a chopped apple with some coconut oil, sugar and cinnamon

  3. Set aside

  4. Toast a few rolled oats in the remnants of the cinnamon mix until lightly brown

  5. Add a scoop of @wazoogles peanut butter protein and stir until fully incorporated

  6. Serve and add a ridiculous amount of @ohmega_nutbutters tahini
