Apple Crumble Proats
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup oatify @drinksomaco and 1/2 cup water with some cinnamon
- coconut oil
- sugar and cinnamon
- peanut butter protein
- @ohmega_nutbutters tahini
Preparation
Simply cook 1/2 banana (this is a GAME CHANGER), 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup oatify @drinksomaco and 1/2 cup water with some cinnamon
While this is cooking to your desired consistency, lightly cook a chopped apple with some coconut oil, sugar and cinnamon
Set aside
Toast a few rolled oats in the remnants of the cinnamon mix until lightly brown
Add a scoop of @wazoogles peanut butter protein and stir until fully incorporated
Serve and add a ridiculous amount of @ohmega_nutbutters tahini
