Avocado Toast with Mushrooms and Vegan Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • Mushrooms
  • Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), a bit
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Handful of microgreens
  • Basil and thyme flowers
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Lemon
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Melting vegan cheese

Preparation

  1. Toast your bread with your cheese until it bubbles.

  2. Mash your avocado and add in your salt, lemon and everything but the bagel seasoning.

  3. Sauté your mushrooms.

  4. Build your bread with mashed avocado, mushrooms and add your herbs and micro greens.
