Avocado Toast with Mushrooms and Vegan Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • mushrooms
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • handful of microgreens
  • basil flowers
  • thyme flowers
  • everything but the bagel seasoning
  • lemon
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • melting vegan cheese

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread with cheese until it bubbles

  2. Mash the avocado and add salt, lemon, and everything but the bagel seasoning

  3. Sauté the mushrooms

  4. Build the bread with mashed avocado, mushrooms, and add herbs and microgreens
