Baked Oat Crumble with Fruits and Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 30 grams of oatmeal
- 115 grams of quark or Greek yogurt
- 10 grams of nut butter
- 30 ml of milk
- dash of cinnamon
- fruit of choice
- optional: few drops of vanilla extract
- 10 grams of any nuts
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Blend 10 grams of oats and combine with 20 grams regular oats, 10 grams of any nuts, 30 ml of milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract (if using), and 10 grams of nut butter to form a crumbly mixture.
Chop up the fruits and layer them in an oven dish.
Layer the crumble mixture on top and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Use the yogurt as a garnish and enjoy.
