Banana Oats Topped with Fruit
Ingredients
- 200 ml of almond milk
- 2 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 3 tablespoons of oats
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and 1/2 teaspoon of flax seeds. For toppings I used: 1 kiwi
- 1 hand of mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and some hemp seeds
