Banana Oats Topped with Fruit

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 3 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and 1/2 teaspoon of flax seeds. For toppings I used: 1 kiwi
  • 1 hand of mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and some hemp seeds
