  • For those who missed the chickpea scramble/ omelette recipe it is: 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups garbanzo bean flour/ chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt and cayenne to taste
  • whisk well. Preheat the pan
  • add some avocado oil
  • pour in some of the batter (if u pour in too much at the time it will take longer to be done)***
