Quick Chickpea Flour Omelette with Spices
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups garbanzo bean flour or chickpea flour
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- cayenne to taste
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients well.
Preheat a pan and add some avocado oil.
Pour in some of the batter, avoiding pouring too much to prevent longer cooking time.
