Quick Chickpea Flour Omelette with Spices

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups garbanzo bean flour or chickpea flour
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • cayenne to taste

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients well.

  2. Preheat a pan and add some avocado oil.

  3. Pour in some of the batter, avoiding pouring too much to prevent longer cooking time.
