Birthday Fruit Tart Delight ππ
Ingredients
For the crust
- 200 g coconut flour
- 80 g walnut flour
- 20 g mesquite powder
- 60 g cacao butter, melted
For the filling
- 2 cans coconut cream
- 1 block frozen acai fruit puree (optional)
- 40 g erythritol
- 2 ripe bananas
For the decoration
- Kiwis, strawberries, bananas
- Apricot jam
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients for the crust in a big bowl.
Press the well-combined dough into a tart form.
Blend all of the ingredients for the cream until smooth and creamy.
Pour the cream into the already formed crust.
Place the tart in the freezer for at least one night.
When ready to serve, wash and cut all the fruit.
Decorate the tart with the prepared fruit.
Cover the fruit thinly with apricot jam to prevent browning.
