Easiest Bounty Cake
Ingredients
For the crust
- 170 g oats
- 20 g shredded coconut
- 10 g cacao powder
- 30 g cacao butter
- 30 g honey
For the filling
- 80 g honey
- 1 can coconut cream
Preparation
Blend the oats, shredded coconut, and cacao powder together.
Melt the cacao butter in the microwave and add it to the blended ingredients along with the honey.
Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a cake form or ring, pressing it down with your hands to form a crust. You can use foil underneath to prevent sticking.
For the filling, blend the coconut cream with honey or another sweetener of your choice.
Pour the coconut cream filling over the crust and decorate as desired. You can use milk chocolate probiotic pearls or chopped dark chocolate for decoration.
Allow the cake to cool for a bit before serving.
