Biscoff Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 60g (2/3 cup) oats, blended
  • 2 tbsp plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy-free if vegan)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 6 tbsp boiling water

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.

  2. Blend the oats to a powder and transfer them to a bowl. Add boiling water to the bowl and stir with a spoon until combined.

  3. Let the mixture sit for 2 minutes to thicken.

  4. Add the yogurt, baking powder, and Biscoff spread to the bowl. Stir everything together with a spoon.

  5. Pour the mixture into a small oven-proof dish lined with baking parchment/paper.

  6. Bake in the oven for around 30 minutes until the top is crisp and the middle is soft.

  7. Remove the baking paper.

  8. Serve the baked oats with a spoonful of extra Biscoff spread on top and a Biscoff biscuit if desired.
