Creamy Blueberry and Spinach Smoothie with Kick
Ingredients
- 1 small handful of sunflower seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 handful of spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon of Lucuma powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Coconut milk (to cover)
Preparation
Cover the ingredients with coconut milk and blitz until smooth.
