Blueberry & Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 small handful of #sunflowerseeds
- Juice of 1 #lemon
- 1 cup of #blueberries (frozen)
- 2 tbsp f #coconutyoghurt
- 1tsp of #coconutoil
- 1 handful of spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small chunk of fresh #ginger
- 1 tsp of #Lucuma powder
- 1/4tsp of #cayenne pepper
Preparation
Cover with coconut milk & blitz until smooth
Quite a few ingredients but lots great for your GUT & to balance blood sugars. Enjoy
