Blueberry & Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 small handful of #sunflowerseeds
  • Juice of 1 #lemon
  • 1 cup of #blueberries (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp f #coconutyoghurt
  • 1tsp of #coconutoil
  • 1 handful of spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small chunk of fresh #ginger
  • 1 tsp of #Lucuma powder
  • 1/4tsp of #cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Cover with coconut milk & blitz until smooth

  2. Quite a few ingredients but lots great for your GUT & to balance blood sugars. Enjoy
