Breakfast in Banana Sweet Omelette
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp flax (optional but adds extra healthy fats)
- 4 tbsp egg whites @twochicksproducts
- 15g banana protein powder @myproteinuk
Preparation
I blended the above then fried in coconut oil, flipping half way or putting under the grill to finish! Topped with yoghurt, fruit and @myproteinuk almond butter!! The best almond butter I’ve tried ?
