Breakfast in Banana Sweet Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp flax (optional but adds extra healthy fats)
  • 4 tbsp egg whites @twochicksproducts
  • 15g banana protein powder @myproteinuk

Preparation

  1. I blended the above then fried in coconut oil, flipping half way or putting under the grill to finish! Topped with yoghurt, fruit and @myproteinuk almond butter!! The best almond butter I’ve tried ?
