I roasted some tomatoes and a whole orange pepper and made my own garlic and thyme roasties
So peppers (speed) tomatoes (speed) salad (speed) potatoes (free) weight watchers wrap (HexB) Tesco light cheese (HexA) Quorn burgers 0.5 syns each
After I took the picture I decided I fancied a little ketchup so a tbsp of Heinz reduced salt and sugar is 0.5 syns .. taking this meal to 1.5 syns, ending my day on 9.5 syns
