Butterfly Pea Lemon Nicecream Chia Pudding Jar

Ingredients

  • 2 chopped frozen bananas
  • 100g maracuja puree or fresh maracuja
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tsp Pink Pitaya

Preparation

  1. Blend frozen bananas, maracuja puree, coconut cream, and Pink Pitaya until smooth.

  2. In a jar, layer the nicecream with chia pudding.
