Gingerbread Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas(diced)
  • Roughly 150ml coconut cream (the coconut cream from a can of coconut milk)
  • ALOT of ginger bread cookies

Preparation

  1. Mix together. Then place in a container and into the fridge for 1-2 hours. Then before eating, allow to defrost a little before serving

  2. Sooo tasty. But if you don't like the taste of coconut i would skip the coconut milk and just use bananas. Or mix in some whipped soya cream in with the bananas :)

  3. Now going to have to make some gingerbread oats to warm up after this cold ice cream
