Cheesy Bean Yorkshire Pudding


  • Yorkshire pudding batter (enough for 3)
  • Baked beans
  • 39g of extra mature cheddar cheese (preferably @pilgrimschoice)


  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the Yorkshire pudding batter according to the recipe instructions.

  2. Cook the Yorkshire pudding batter in a skillet until it's almost done.

  3. Flatten out the center of the pudding a little to make a cavity for the filling.

  4. Fill the cavity with baked beans and top it with grated cheddar cheese.

  5. Bake the pudding in the oven for an additional 6 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the pudding is golden brown.

  6. Serve hot.
