Chocolate Chip Raspberry Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (ground up into oat flour in the blender)
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or any dairy-free milk you have)
- 1/2 a mashed banana
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- flax egg (1/2 tbsp flax meal with 1 1/2 tbsp water, let sit for five min)
- Cinnamon (usually don't measure)
- A small dollop of peanut butter
