Chocolate Chip Raspberry Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats (ground up into oat flour in the blender)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any dairy-free milk you have)
  • 1/2 a mashed banana
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • flax egg (1/2 tbsp flax meal with 1 1/2 tbsp water, let sit for five min)
  • Cinnamon (usually don't measure)
  • A small dollop of peanut butter
