Easy Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream Treat
Ingredients
- 200ml almond milk
- 300ml hemp milk
- 200g cashew nuts, soaked
- 120ml maple syrup
- 120ml rice malt syrup
- 85g cacao powder
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Churn in an ice-cream maker until frozen.
Alternatively, freeze the mixture, then whiz in a food processor, and return to the freezer.
