Easy Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream Treat

Ingredients

  • 200ml almond milk
  • 300ml hemp milk
  • 200g cashew nuts, soaked
  • 120ml maple syrup
  • 120ml rice malt syrup
  • 85g cacao powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Churn in an ice-cream maker until frozen.

  3. Alternatively, freeze the mixture, then whiz in a food processor, and return to the freezer.
