Chocolate Spelt Cbd Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 15g plant protein
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 4 drops of CBD oil (optional)
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until you have a thick batter.
Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb some of the liquid. If the batter is too thick, add a dash more milk.
Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and cook each pancake on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Flip the pancakes and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
Top the pancakes with yogurt and fruit.
