Chocolate Spelt Cbd Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 15g plant protein
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 4 drops of CBD oil (optional)

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until you have a thick batter.

  2. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb some of the liquid. If the batter is too thick, add a dash more milk.

  3. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and cook each pancake on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Flip the pancakes and cook the other side for 2 minutes.

  5. Top the pancakes with yogurt and fruit.
