Ingredients

  • 3-4 beets
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Sea salt & pepper
  • 1/4 teas Rosemary
  • 1/4 teas Sage

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. Wash beets well, I don't peel

  3. Cut in halves (or quarters if really large)

  4. Place beets in glass casserole dish, pour water into dish

  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, rosemary and sage on top

  6. Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes or until tender
