Baked Golden Beets with Herbs and Spices
Ingredients
- 3-4 beets
- 1/4 cup water
- Sea salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F
Wash beets well and do not peel
Cut beets in halves or quarters if large
Place beets in a glass casserole dish and pour water into the dish
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary, and sage
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until tender
