Cookies & Cream Baked Oats Delight
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1 tbs Protein Powder (vanilla)
- 1 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- Oreo Biscuits
- White Chocolate Chunks
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Combine oat flour, protein powder, coconut yoghurt, and almond milk in a bowl, stirring until well combined.
Gently mix in crushed Oreo biscuits and white chocolate chunks, then pour the mixture into a ramekin.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can microwave the mixture for 1-2 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven/microwave and let it cool slightly before enjoying the delicious baked oats.
