Cookies & Cream Baked Oats Delight

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1 tbs Protein Powder (vanilla)
  • 1 tbs Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • Oreo Biscuits
  • White Chocolate Chunks

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Combine oat flour, protein powder, coconut yoghurt, and almond milk in a bowl, stirring until well combined.

  3. Gently mix in crushed Oreo biscuits and white chocolate chunks, then pour the mixture into a ramekin.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can microwave the mixture for 1-2 minutes.

  5. Once baked, remove from the oven/microwave and let it cool slightly before enjoying the delicious baked oats.
