Cranberry Chocolate Chip Giving Cookies

Ingredients

  • Make 1 flax egg by mixing 1 Tbsp ground flax with 3 Tbsp water in a small bowl. Set aside for a few minutes. In a medium bowl whisk together 1/2 cup quinoa flour, 1 cup superfine almond flour (both flours from ) + 1/4 tsp baking soda + 1/2 tsp Maca (optional). Add flax egg, 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1/4 cup maple syrup into the dry mix and stir until well combined. Stir in 1/3 cup of #dairyfree dark chocolate chips + 1/3 cup fruit juice sweetened dried cranberries. Scoop dough by the tablespoon onto 2 parchment lined baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Let cool and enjoy!! ❤️
