Creamy Dragonfruit Milkshake

Ingredients

  • Makes: 2 servings
  • Time taken: 5 minutes
  • Nourishing Ingredients
  • • 1 dragon fruit – skin removed • 1 banana (peel and slice prior to freezing)
  • • 1 cup fresh almond milk (unsweetened if store bought - I use ) • 1/2 cup organic desiccated coconut or the meat from 1 young thai coconut
  • • 3 drops pure vanilla essence (or the content of 1 vanilla bean) • 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation

  1. To Create: • Add all ingredients (in the order listed) in a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until you get that foamy, milkshake consistency

  2. Serve it in high glasses with a straw and (optional) extra sprinkled desiccated coconut to get that truly milkshake feeling ;)
