Creamy Protein Millet Porridge with Toppings
Ingredients
- 100g millet
- 300ml plant milk
- 25g vegan protein powder (vanilla ice cream flavor)
- toppings of choice
Preparation
Wash the millet with hot water.
Bring the plant milk to a boil in a covered pot.
Turn the heat down a little and let the millet simmer for five minutes.
Turn off the stove and let the millet swell for another 30 minutes.
Add the protein powder and stir well.
Serve with your toppings and enjoy.
Optionally, sweeten vegan skyr with vanilla flavor drops for added taste.
