Single Serve Millet Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup millet flakes
  • 2/3 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Toppings of choice

Preparation

  1. The day before, cook the millet with all the ingredients until really thick and creamy

  2. Then blend it

  3. Put it into a small ramekin

  4. Let it sit overnight

  5. The next day, take it out of the ramekin using a knife

  6. Top with your favorite toppings
