Single Serve Millet Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup millet flakes
- 2/3 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Toppings of choice
Preparation
The day before, cook the millet with all the ingredients until really thick and creamy
Then blend it
Put it into a small ramekin
Let it sit overnight
The next day, take it out of the ramekin using a knife
Top with your favorite toppings
