Easy 4-Ingredient Almond Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 100 g blanched almonds soaked overnight
- 2-4 tbsp plant milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 handfuls of fresh mint or basil
Preparation
Soak the blanched almonds in water overnight
Drain the soaked almonds and blend them with 2-4 tablespoons of plant milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 2 handfuls of fresh mint or basil until smooth and creamy
