Easy 4-Ingredient Almond Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 100 g blanched almonds soaked overnight
  • 2-4 tbsp plant milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 handfuls of fresh mint or basil

Preparation

  1. Soak the blanched almonds in water overnight

  2. Drain the soaked almonds and blend them with 2-4 tablespoons of plant milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 2 handfuls of fresh mint or basil until smooth and creamy
