Ingredients
- Need dinner done in 10 minutes? Grab a piece of wild salmon
- cover it with olive oil and adobo seasoning. Bake at 425 for 7 minutes
- followed by broiling for 2 minutes. While your salmon is cooking
- slice red cabbage
- kale
- cucumbers and carrots. Smash an avocado
- add a splash of lemon juice
- salt and pepper and mix. Then mix with the red cabbage slaw. That's it. Delish
