Easy Vegan Chocolate Cups with Nut Butter
Ingredients
- 1 cup Hu Kitchen gems
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Flaky salt
Preparation
Melt 1 cup Hu Kitchen gems with 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate into the bottom of a cupcake liner.
Mix 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter with 2 tablespoons coconut flour and 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture over the chocolate layer.
Cover with the remaining melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with flaky salt.
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Enjoy the chocolate cups.
