Fall-Inspired Nut Butter Snacks
Ingredients
Snack #1 - Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/4 banana, mashed
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Chopped pecans
- Dash of cinnamon
- Crumbled CLIF® Nut Butter Bar
Snack #2 - Stewed Apple Yogurt Bowl
- 1/2 cup chopped apple
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp water
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- CLIF® Nut Butter Bar
Snack #3 - Autumn Smoothie Bowl
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- Granola or crumbled CLIF® Nut Butter Bar
Preparation
Snack #1 - Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Combine rolled oats, non-dairy milk, mashed banana, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a mason jar or reusable container.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Top with chopped pecans, a dash of cinnamon, and crumbled CLIF® Nut Butter Bar.
Snack #2 - Stewed Apple Yogurt Bowl
In a small saucepan, combine chopped apple, maple syrup, cinnamon, and water.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until water has evaporated and apples are soft.
Top yogurt with stewed apples, maple syrup, and cinnamon.

Snack #3 - Autumn Smoothie Bowl
Combine frozen banana, yogurt, almond butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a high-powered blender.
Blend until thick and creamy.
