Festive Panettone Protein French Toast Bake
Ingredients
- Mini Mindful Bites Panettone
- 1 scoop Myprotein Salted Caramel Soy Isolate Protein Powder
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- Cinnamon
- Alpro Vanilla Custard (for topping)
Preparation
Prepare the French toast batter by mixing the protein powder with almond milk (or plant-based milk of your choice) and a generous amount of cinnamon.
Chop up the Mini Mindful Bites Panettone into slices or cubes.
Place the Panettone pieces into a baking skillet or an oven-proof bowl.
Pour the prepared protein batter over the Panettone, making sure it's evenly distributed.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the skillet or bowl with the mixture into the oven and bake for around 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the mixture is set.
Once baked, remove from the oven.
Serve the Panettone Protein French Toast Bake with a generous drizzle of Alpro Vanilla Custard.
