Forest Berry Crumble


  • 2 1/2 cups of mixed berries(we used raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tbs of coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • vegan butter


  1. In a large mixing bowl combine berries with 2 tbs of maple syrup and coconut flour

  2. Stir well until ingredients are well combined

  3. Preheat oven to 375°

  4. In serving dish of choice coat with a generous layer of vegan butter

  5. Add berries into dish

  6. In the same mixing bowl you just used add oats and 2 tbs of maple syrup and stir well

  7. Gently press toppings into berries

  8. Place dish in oven and bake for 30 minutes

  9. Once time is up remove dish from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes

  10. Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy
