Ghostly Vegan French Toast for Halloween

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop myvegan salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 2 crumpets from asda
  • 1 tbsp oil for crisping in the pan

Preparation

  1. Mix the protein French toast batter in a dish.

  2. Dip the crumpets in the batter and allow them to soak.

  3. Place the soaked crumpets into a saucepan and allow them to crisp up.

  4. Top with your choice of toppings. The author used a lotus biscoff explosion.
