Good Morning from a Sunny but Chilly Brighton

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of spelt flour.
  • 1 tbsp milled chia seeds.
  • pinch of pink/sea salt.
  • 1 cup of plant milk.

Preparation

  1. Whisk everything together & let it sit for ten minutes. This helps the spelt & chia absorb the liquid. Cook in a large pan with a little oil. I like to grill the top rather than flip it
