Healthy Homemade Vegan Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 medium bananas
  • 2 handfuls of ice
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of kale
  • 1 tbsp of spirulina
  • 2 tsp of peppermint extract
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients.

  2. Blend until combined. Add more non-dairy milk to thin out and more peppermint extract to make it more minty if desired.

  3. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy, or freeze for 20 minutes then add more cacao nibs on top.
