Hearty Green Plantain Porridge with Spices
Ingredients
- a few green plantains
- water
- coconut milk
- a scoop of seamoss gel
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- a pinch of salt
- molasses
Preparation
Cut up a few plantains and blend them.
Add the blended plantains to a pot of simmering water.
Stir vigorously for about 3 minutes.
Add coconut milk, a scoop of seamoss gel, cinnamon, nutmeg, a pinch of salt, and molasses.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes while constantly stirring.
Serve warm.
