Hearty Green Plantain Porridge with Spices

Ingredients

  • a few green plantains
  • water
  • coconut milk
  • a scoop of seamoss gel
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • a pinch of salt
  • molasses

Preparation

  1. Cut up a few plantains and blend them.

  2. Add the blended plantains to a pot of simmering water.

  3. Stir vigorously for about 3 minutes.

  4. Add coconut milk, a scoop of seamoss gel, cinnamon, nutmeg, a pinch of salt, and molasses.

  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes while constantly stirring.

  6. Serve warm.
