Meine Donuts, Zuckerfrei Lecker Und Gesund

Ingredients

  • 3/4 whole grain spelt flour
  • -1/4 cup coconut sugar or date sugar -1/2 tsp backing powder
  • -1/2 tsp bicarbonate -1/2 tsp Cinamon
  • -1/4 tsp salt
  • -1/2 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • -1/8 cup agave Sirup
  • -1/8 cup Appel purée
  • -1 Egg
  • -1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • -1/4 cup fat free milk or any other milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven at 180C

  2. Mix the egg with the wet ingredients

  3. Mix the dry ingredients

  4. Wet mix into dry ones and combine well

  5. Poor about 4-5 tbsp in the greased donut mold

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes ( it depend from your oven)

  7. Allow to cool completely then you can dip them in some melted chocolate
