Mini Cinnamon Streusel Loaf with Blueberries and Kiwi

Ingredients

  • 68 grams (2 servings) @eatsweetnature muffin mix
  • 2 spoonfuls unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup plant milk
  • 1/8 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 spoonfuls streusel mix
  • ~1 tbsp tahini

Preparation

  1. Stir together 68 grams (2 servings) @eatsweetnature muffin mix, 2 spoonfuls of unsweetened applesauce, 1/4 cup plant milk, and 1/8 tsp apple cider vinegar until just combined.

  2. Pour into a mini loaf pan.

  3. Combine 2 spoonfuls of the streusel mix with about 1 tbsp tahini until evenly mixed and a crumb forms.

  4. Sprinkle on top of the loaf batter.

  5. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
