My Favourite Green Smoothie for Sometime

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of long melon/ bottle gourd
  • 1/2 a cucumber
  • 1/2 a tomato
  • Handful of spinach
  • Few strands of Corinader
  • Small piece ginger
  • Quarter of a green pepper
  • 1/2 a teaspoon ground cumin
  • Pink salt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider

Preparation

  1. Blend till smooth

  2. Top with chopped red pepper and some more cumin
