Favorite Green Smoothie with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of long melon or bottle gourd
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 tomato
  • Handful of spinach
  • Few strands of coriander
  • Small piece of ginger
  • Quarter of a green pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Pink salt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider
  • Chopped red pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Top with chopped red pepper and some more cumin.
