My Favourite Green Smoothie for Sometime
Ingredients
- 2 slices of long melon/ bottle gourd
- 1/2 a cucumber
- 1/2 a tomato
- Handful of spinach
- Few strands of Corinader
- Small piece ginger
- Quarter of a green pepper
- 1/2 a teaspoon ground cumin
- Pink salt
- 1 tablespoon apple cider
Preparation
Blend till smooth
Top with chopped red pepper and some more cumin
