Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2c oats
- 1 1/2c water
- 1/2 zucchini (shredded)
- 1/2c riced cauliflower and sweet potato combo (bought in frozen section; nuke in microwave
- then add to boiling oats)
- 1/3c pumpkin purée
- 1/2scoop of #vegan cinnamon bun protein powder. Topped with strawbs
- hemp hearts
- shredded coconut flakes
- #vegan sugar free mint chocolate fudge
- and my favorite raw creamy almond butter
