  • 1/2c oats
  • 1 1/2c water
  • 1/2 zucchini (shredded)
  • 1/2c riced cauliflower and sweet potato combo (bought in frozen section; nuke in microwave
  • then add to boiling oats)
  • 1/3c pumpkin purée
  • 1/2scoop of #vegan cinnamon bun protein powder. Topped with strawbs
  • hemp hearts
  • shredded coconut flakes
  • #vegan sugar free mint chocolate fudge
  • and my favorite raw creamy almond butter
