Oats Veggie Dumplings

Ingredients

  • half cup of oats
  • onions
  • green chilies
  • and grated carrots
  • 1tbsp of all purpose flour
  • soaked dal

Preparation

  1. Soak half cup of oats for 15-20 mins, also soak some lentils

  2. Finely chop onions, green chilies, and grated carrots and keep it aside

  3. In a mixing bowl , add oats, 1tbsp of all purpose flour and chopped onions, green chilies, grated carrots and soaked dal and make a smooth mixture ( The mixture should not be too thin) just enough consistency to pour in the mould

  4. Heat the ponganalu mould and add some ghee slowly pour this mixture above

  5. Cook both the sides until well cooked
