Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • ~ 1/3 c GF oats
  • 1/4 c almond milk
  • 1 scoop vainilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix it all together

  2. Pour half in a mason jar, and add your favorite fruit

  3. Mine has blueberries and strawberries

  4. Repeat, put the lid on, into the fridge it goes and listo ! A protein, fiber, vitamins, goodness breakfast easy for you
