Overnight Oatmeal
Ingredients
- ~ 1/3 c GF oats
- 1/4 c almond milk
- 1 scoop vainilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
Mix it all together
Pour half in a mason jar, and add your favorite fruit
Mine has blueberries and strawberries
Repeat, put the lid on, into the fridge it goes and listo ! A protein, fiber, vitamins, goodness breakfast easy for you
