Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 Greek unsweetened plant-based yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 cup raspberries (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. To make it blue I added in 1 tsp of blue spirulina but that is totally optional

  2. Place in fridge overnight to allow the oats to soften and the mixture to thicken

  3. In the morning I’ll top this off with raw almond butter, blueberry chia jam and fresh berries
