Pb&j Overnight Oatibix

Ingredients

  • 2 Weetabix Oatibix or Weetabix
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp soya yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Skippy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Skinny Food Co jam
  • Sprinkle of granola

Preparation

  1. Soak the Oatibix biscuits in almond milk in a bowl for two minutes until they become soggy, then stir.

  2. Spoon the soaked mixture into a jam jar or any container with a lid.

  3. Layer on the jam, peanut butter, soya yoghurt, and granola.

  4. Chill the jar in the fridge overnight or for at least one hour before serving.
