Pitaya Cranberries Chia Nicecream

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 fresh or frozen pink pitaya or optional 2 tablespoons pitaya powder
  • 1/4 cup frozen cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons coconut water or coconut milk
  • 3 teaspoons chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Ensure all fruits are frozen before starting

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy

  3. Serve immediately for best texture, or freeze for a firmer consistency
