Pitaya Cranberries Chia Nicecream
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 fresh or frozen pink pitaya or optional 2 tablespoons pitaya powder
- 1/4 cup frozen cranberries
- 2 tablespoons coconut water or coconut milk
- 3 teaspoons chia seeds
Preparation
Ensure all fruits are frozen before starting
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
Serve immediately for best texture, or freeze for a firmer consistency
