Raw Buckwheat and Red Berries Porridge

Ingredients

  • 100g buckwheat
  • 150g plant-based milk
  • 110g red berries
  • 2 tbsp white almond butter

Preparation

  1. Soak the buckwheat for 8 hours overnight.

  2. Drain and rinse the buckwheat.

  3. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
