- 150ml plant-based milk
- 40g porridge oats
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 heaped teaspoon nut butter
- Fruit toppings such as strawberries and kiwi
Preparation
Heat 150ml plant-based milk, 40g porridge oats, 1 tablespoon flax seed, and 1 teaspoon ginger on the hob for about 5 minutes until desired consistency.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
Pour over a heaped teaspoon of nut butter.
